Sometimes it takes another’s encouragement to do something that scares you. They may push you to face your fears, regardless of how intense the fear within you may be. Even the smallest things can stir up powerful feelings of fear and may cause you to tense up and avoid the fearful thing at all costs.

Then, someone comes along who has gone through similar things and has also felt strong currents of fear. That person can help you realize that facing fear is crucial to living a life you love. Accomplishing any huge goal will involve some level of fear, and to be able to rise above the feeling and see it as just that — a feeling — will help you to take charge, take action, and let the fear dissipate into thin air.
